DEADMA LANG! SEN. CHIZ tinanggihan ang Kongreso na IPA SUMMON si VP Sara sa Impeachment! Castro NAKAHANAP NG KATAPAT!

Personal na naghain ng mosyon ang ilang miyembro ng panel of prosecutors ng Kamara upang hilingin sa Senado na atasan si Vice President Sara Duterte na sagutin ang Articles of Impeachment laban sa kanya.

Batay sa "Entry with Motion to Issue Summons na may petsang March 14 at naka-address kay Senate President Chiz Escudero, inihirit ng prosecution team na maglabas ang Impeachment Court ng Writ of Summons kay VP Sara upang maghain ng "Answer to the Articles of Impeachment" sa loob ng sampung araw.

Kabilang sa mga nagtungo sa Senado sina House Minority Leader Marcelino Libanan, Deputy Majority Leader Paolo Ortega V at Representatives Rodge Gutierrez at Jay Khonghun.

Si Libanan ay "duly authorized" na lagdaan ang lahat ng pleadings para sa Public Prosecutors ng Kamara.
