Pulis Nahulicam na bumunot ng baril matapos makaalitan sa kalsada ang isang motorcycle-taxi app rider

According to the Manila Police District, the rider with the gun is a member of their force. They said the scuffle stemmed from a traffic dispute. 

But contrary to what was seen in the video, they claimed that the rider of the red motorcycle started the commotion.

“Dahil nagmamadali po, patuloy po kinakalampag 'yung kanyang top box at pilit siyang pinapausog pero sabi po ng pulis hindi siya makaka-usog kasi meron pong truck sa harapan niya," said P/MAJ. Philipp Ines, Spokesperson of MPD.

"Pinagsasalitaan siya ng hindi maganda. So sinabi po ng pulis natin na ako po ay pulis. Ang sabi po nitong MOVE-IT driver wala akong pakialam kung pulis ka, umalis ka dyan sa harapan. 

Kaya itong ginawa po ng ating pulis ay bumaba siya at para arestuhin po itong movie driver na ito kasi meron na po ang violation. Ito po yung unjust fixation,” he added.
