May BANTA Na? Babaeng motovlogger, natatakot sa kanyang kaligtasan dahil sa Viral Video

The lawyer of motovlogger Yanna Aguinaldo said that her client decided not to attend a hearing at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Quezon City as she was afraid for her safety.

On May 6, 2025, Yanna, who had been involved in a traffic argument with motorist Jimmy Pascua in Zambales several days earlier, was a no-show during the hearing, and only her lawyer, Atty. Ace Jurado was present.

According to Jurado, Aguinaldo’s address was exposed on social media, and his client also received threats from the netizens after the incident.

However, Atty. Jurado personally read Aguinaldo’s public apology letter to Pascua, but the motorist didn’t find the message sincere.

LTO has already suspended the motovlogger’s license for 90 days and may revoke it if she is proven to have violated traffic laws.

The controversy started when Aguinaldo posted a video of her argument with Pascua without hiding the latter’s face.

Pascua said that they asked Aguinaldo to delete the video, but she refused to do so.

Posts circulating on social media alleged that Aguinaldo didn’t delete the video because she was earning a lot from it.

Pascua said that he was determined to pursue charges against the vlogger because he and his family was deeply affected by the incident.
