Tumanggi si Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra na maging kinatawan ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno sa petisyon sa Korte Suprema kaugnay ng naging pag-aresto at pagbiyahe kay dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa The Hague.

Sa inihaing mosyon ni Guevarra, iginiit nitong wala nang hurisdiksyon ang ICC sa Pilipinas. Aniya, dahil dito, hindi na kayang katawanin ng OSG ang mga respondent.
