Former senator Gringo Honasan announces during a press conference in Quezon City on Wednesday that he, along with other personalities, will launch a signature campaign for a petition to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to bring back former President Rodrigo Duterte to the Philippines.

Honasan highlights that they are a group of non-partisan individuals and only aim to subject Duterte before a Philippine court rather than the ICC.

Present during the press conference were retired Philippine National Police Police Brig. Gen. Diosdado Valeroso, SAGIP Partylist Representative Rodante Marcoleta, and former Philippine Army captain Dante Langkit.
